The founder of A Day Made – Beth Grace – began her musical journey behind the decks over 11 years ago, crafting unforgettable soundtracks in Melbourne’s underground nightclubs and vibrant festival stages. Music has always been a way of connecting with people, creating moments of joy, and making memories. Over time she found a way to create even more special moments, being part of couples’ wedding days and helping them throw the most epic party of their lives.
Over the years, Beth has ensured that every wedding she has been involved in has an electric feeling on the dancefloor by creating personalised playlists to bring the couple’s vision to life.

What is included in your wedding DJ package?
We offer two wedding DJ packages which include:
- A professional DJ who will provide music for your ceremony, reception, and dance floor
- High-quality sound equipment tailored to your venue size
- Customised playlist curation based on your preferences
- A selection of lighting options to enhance your reception atmosphere
- Pre-event consultation to ensure everything is to your liking
- Travel within the Melbourne metropolitan area
How far in advance should we book?
It’s always best to book your wedding DJ as soon as possible—especially during peak wedding seasons (spring and summer in Melbourne). We recommend booking at least 6–12 months in advance to secure your date, but if your wedding is approaching sooner, don’t hesitate to reach out! We’ll do our best to accommodate last-minute bookings.
Can we request specific songs?
Absolutely! We want your wedding to reflect your style and taste. During our pre-event consultation, we’ll ask about your preferred music genres, specific songs you’d like to hear, and any “must-have” songs for key moments (such as your first dance, father-daughter dance, etc.). You can also create a “do not play” list if there are songs you’d prefer to avoid.

Do you provide lighting or sound systems?
Yes, we provide high-quality sound systems suitable for your venue size, ensuring that every guest can enjoy clear, immersive music. We also offer a range of lighting options to elevate the ambiance—whether you want mood lighting, a spotlight for your first dance, or a full light show for your party!
Custom lighting setups and additional sound equipment can be added to your package based on your specific needs.
Can you DJ for other events besides weddings?
Absolutely! While we specialise in weddings, we also provide DJ services for other events, including corporate functions, private parties, and music festivals. Whatever your event may be, we can tailor our music and services to fit the occasion.
